“The activity with the boat tour was excellent. With that stated, the rest of the trip didn’t meet expectations. We traveled for over three hours in a van one way with hard seats instead of a bus as advertised. Since we had the first hotel pick up, we were on the van for over two hours before everyone was picked up to begin the three hour ride. We didn’t have a bathroom break for over three hours. Our tour guide didn’t speak any English as requested and no one else in the full van spoke English either.”
